Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Service Order Project Manager (SOM) to oversee repair projects within healthcare facilities. The role entails developing SOWs, coordinating bids, managing schedules and budgets, and guiding a multidisciplinary team on complex government-related projects.

Responsibilities include pre-construction coordination, market research for ITBs, and ensuring proper closeout and safety compliance in alignment with PMBOK standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CHC certification (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• DMLSS-FM knowledge, or capable of being trained within six months (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) and project plans.
• Review proposals, bids, and funding parameters.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with stakeholders and facilities staff.
• Develop project schedules and staffing plans; manage budgets and resources.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure PMBOK practices are followed.
• Coordinate with base authorities for permits and documentation.
• Ensure safety, QHSE compliance, and closeout procedures.
