Job summary

Facility Services Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate designated projects within time and funding constraints.

You will manage labor, materials, schedules, and budgets, supervise staff, and collaborate with estimators on bid pricing. Applicants should have a four-year degree in Construction Management or extensive construction management experience, plus healthcare project exposure.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or 10+ years of construction management experience, plus min. 5 years’ HealthCare experience a MUST.
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Total responsibility for Construction Project Management; labor, materials, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
• Will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, depending on size and schedule.
• Develop construction plans and schedules and assist in bid pricing and subcontractor selections.
• Provide timely status reports to Owner and participate in financial meetings.
