ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Manchester, NH to coordinate between plant and service teams and monitor daily execution of service standards. You will ensure route execution, product control, and invoice accuracy while collaborating with Customer Advocates, District Service Managers, and Plant Leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer and reporting system proficiency. Fluency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must possess or obtain a DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification within a designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Route Check-In & Route Execution: daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates and monitoring route notes and work orders.
• Compliance, Safety, and Fleet Management: ensure DOT safety compliance, DVIR reviews, and vehicle readiness.
• Product Control & Inventory Management: co-lead product control meetings and coordinate TIMPs for inventory management.
• Invoice Accuracy & Financial Oversight: review invoices, price audits, and threshold analyses.
• Customer Experience & Loyalty: resolve concerns across plant, service, and sales teams; onboard new accounts.
• Training, Development, and CA Support: provide coaching and onboarding support; escalate performance issues to management.
