Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to provide daily leadership and oversight of Security Operations within a Healthcare facility for a high-profile client. The role ensures a safe, secure, and patient-centered environment by coordinating security services and supporting clinical teams.

Pay rate is $25.75 per hour. Must have supervisor experience and prior security, law enforcement, or military background.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security, law enforcement, and/or military.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License or have applied and be issued such a license prior to employment; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract at the assigned location under the Account Manager.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate security staff and post orders.
• Maintain post orders, reports, logs, and communications; ensure proper maintenance of posts and training materials.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees; provide on-the-job training and orientation as needed.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with hospital leadership and client, and ensure timely reporting.
