The role protects patients, visitors, and staff with vigilance and compassionate service in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include patrols, access control, incident reporting with MS Office, and emergency response with de-escalation training.

Evening, full-time schedule. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, NJ driver’s license, and ability to obtain de-escalation certification within 90

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License; out-of-state licenses must transfer to NJ within 60 days.
• Ability to obtain de-escalation certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and monitor facilities to maintain a secure healthcare environment.
• Provide professional customer service while watching for security threats.
• Manage access control, perform data entry, and use Microsoft Office for incident reporting.
• Engage with a diverse population with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Assist with weapon screening and enforce facility policies; follow safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in crisis de-escalation as trained.
