Qualifications

• De-escalation training certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Patrol indoor and outdoor facility areas to maintain safety and security.
• Monitor entrances and access control systems; address potential safety concerns.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct weapon screenings and control access to designated areas as per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in crisis de-escalation.
• Prepare incident reports and perform data entry and administrative tasks.
