RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Security Officer for the MMC Specialty Care Center in Tinton Falls, NJ. This per diem role supports a safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, with evening shifts and indoor/outdoor patrol duties.

The position requires a NJ Driver's License, SORA license, and strong communication skills; prior security or customer service experience is preferred. Training in de-escalation and incident reporting is provided.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License required.
• Must have and maintain a NJ SORA security officer license.
• Able to transfer out-of-state license/registration within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol indoor and outdoor facility to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor entrances and access control systems; enforce policies.
• Provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
• Perform weapon screenings and control access to designated areas according to procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; assist in crisis de‑escalation.
• Complete incident reports and data entry using computer systems and MS Office.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff and emergency personnel.
• Patrol perimeter with a company vehicle.
