You will prospect healthcare organizations, conduct outreach, and qualify leads to support the Enterprise Sales Manager and Director of Business Development.

This full-time, in-office role offers a base salary with commission, opportunities for career advancement, and a culture focused on mission-driven healthcare logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development and lead generation.
• Confident with outbound outreach and prospecting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and work ethic.
• Experience using CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline for Enterprise Sales.
• Research and identify prospective healthcare organizations and strategic accounts.
• Prospect via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads for fit and readiness; schedule meetings for the Enterprise Sales Manager.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Manager and Director of Business Development.
