Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Solutions Marketing Manager for Healthcare & Science to position Claude as the trusted AI partner for clinicians, researchers, health systems, pharma, and payers. You will own healthcare go-to-market, craft differentiated messaging, and build demand programs that drive measurable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in health technology marketing healthcare, science, or research software products
• Direct experience marketing to healthcare or scientist audiences, including familiarity with clinical, R&D, or commercial buying centers
• Experience with event marketing at healthcare and science conferences (e.g., HIMSS, HLTH, BIO, J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference)
• Background in enterprise sales enablement for complex or regulated industries with awareness of HIPAA and GxP
• Track record of building marketing programs from scratch at growth-stage companies
• Interest in responsible AI deployment in clinical and research contexts
• Familiarity with competitive landscape for AI in healthcare and life sciences

Responsibilities

• Own comprehensive marketing strategy for Healthcare & Science across key verticals: pharma, biotech, providers and health systems, payers, medical devices, and digital health
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging across solutions webpages, campaign materials, and audience-specific content
• Lead go-to-market for product launches including Claude Science and MCP integrations
• Build a new commercial pitch and webinar program for healthcare and science audiences
• Partner with Comms on executive thought leadership and flagship announcements
• Develop a content calendar with social and content teams highlighting use cases and partnerships
• Drive thought leadership initiatives and speak at industry events, including keynote support
• Create sales enablement materials, outbound campaigns, and pipeline-driving initiatives for enterprise accounts and research institutions
• Maintain cohesive positioning across launches and channels
• Track channel performance and identify iteration opportunities
• Have deep product marketing experience with healthcare, science, or health tech exposure
• Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape in regulated healthcare environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally between product, sales, partnerships, communications, and marketing
• Align AI deployment with responsible, safe practices and Anthropic's mission
