Wellbound CHHA is seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to support the Scheduling Department and align with organizational goals. The role ensures timely and accurate coordination of healthcare services for patients through collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and organize the delivery of healthcare services to patients
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues to support departmental and organizational objectives
• Manage data entry and electronic scheduling systems (HCHB experience required)
• Answer phone calls, file documentation, and support electronic transitions
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail in all scheduling activities
