Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff on scheduling coverage for patient care.
• Complete all staff scheduling functions (block schedule, vacation calendar).
• Transcribe scheduling information in a timely manner.
• Enter visit information for those doing hard copy documentation if needed.
• Reconcile daily reports using various software applications.
• Communicate with staff and coordinate with clinical managers to ensure workflow.
