Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Scheduler for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm role in Pompton Plains, NJ. You will coordinate and reorganize schedules to meet immediate staffing needs, implement new procedures for contingent staff, and prepare pay-end reports with timely accuracy.

The position requires at least 1 year of scheduling experience and proficiency in HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG) and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or scheduling experience is required.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and reorganize schedules to match staffing needs.
• Organize and implement a new procedure for contingent employees.
• Send pay-end reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Communicate with staff and applicants by phone, email or mail regarding staffing and payroll.
• Create daily and monthly staffing productivity reports.
• Assist in maintaining open position reports.
