Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our General Services Team in Pompton Plains, NJ. You will manage high volumes of phone calls, coordinate schedules, and create and process work orders to support daily admin operations.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high phone volume and multitask.
• Experience with scheduling or work order systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Schedule service requests and coordinate appointments for General Services.
• Create, process, and maintain work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative office operations.
• Ensure work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner for accurate billing.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, departments, and customers to ensure timely resolution of requests.
