Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Health Services Scheduler to manage staff schedules, payroll, and productivity reporting. The role includes adjusting schedules, implementing new procedures, ensuring timely pay reports, and clear communication with staff and applicants.

Compensation: Up to $31/HR, Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm. Prior experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office is required; Kronos/Workday/UKG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reorganize schedules to match staffing needs.
• Organize and implement a new procedure for contingent employees.
• Send all pay-end reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Communicate with staff and applicants regarding staffing and payroll issues.
• Create daily and monthly staffing productivity reports.
• Assist in maintaining open position reports.
