Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our General Services team. The role handles high-volume calls, schedules service requests, and creates and processes work orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver courteous service to residents and staff, maintain accurate records, and support daily administrative operations while upholding our commitment to quality, equity, and outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong database, data entry, and administrative support experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or work order management systems preferred.
• Previous administrative, dispatching, or customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule service requests and coordinate appointments for General Services departments
• Create, process, and maintain work orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative office operations
• Ensure work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner to support accurate billing
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment
• Communicate effectively with staff, departments, and customers to ensure timely resolution of requests
