Angel Companions in East Cobb, GA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated home healthcare team. You will oversee caregiver scheduling, ensuring each client receives timely, high-quality care and that schedules align with caregiver skills and client needs.

You will collaborate with clients and families, support replacement caregiver planning, monitor logs and reports, and work with the Director of Case Management to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Administrative expertise with ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling process to ensure caregivers are matched with clients based on their skills and client needs
• Collaborate with the client and their families to schedule replacement caregivers as needed
• Work closely with the Director of Case Management to ensure continuity of care during emergencies and manage caregiver assignments
• Play a crucial role in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Maintain open communication with clients and their families to address any scheduling concerns or changes
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure care plans are aligned with client requirements
• Assist in resolving complaints, incidents, and problems as needed, providing guidance to caregivers when necessary
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate logs for new, resumed, discharged, and denied cases, ensuring compliance within the department
• Run various daily and weekly reports to check for any discrepancies or errors, and ensure the necessary corrections are made
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures

Compensation
