Job summary

The role collaborates with families, supports case management continuity during emergencies, and drives quality improvements across care delivery.

You will maintain accurate logs, generate routine reports, and ensure alignment with policies while supporting caregivers and clients with responsive problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proven experience in scheduling and managing complex calendars with multiple variables.
• Administrative expertise with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling process to match caregivers with clients based on skills and needs.
• Collaborate with clients and families to schedule replacement caregivers as needed.
• Work with the Director of Case Management to ensure continuity of care during emergencies.
• Play a role in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with clients and families to address scheduling concerns.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to align care plans with client requirements.
• Assist in resolving complaints and incidents, guiding caregivers as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of accurate logs for cases and ensure department compliance.
• Run daily and weekly reports to catch discrepancies and apply corrections.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
