Job summary

Angel Companions Senior Care, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our East Cobb team. The role focuses on coordinating caregiver assignments, matching skills to client needs, and ensuring timely, compassionate home care for every client.

You will collaborate with families, clinicians, and the Director of Case Management to handle emergencies, maintain accurate logs, run daily and weekly reports, and address scheduling concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven experience in scheduling and managing complex calendars.
• Administrative expertise with ability to handle competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling process to match caregivers with clients based on skills and needs.
• Coordinate replacement caregivers with clients and families as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Case Management to ensure continuity of care during emergencies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with clients and families about scheduling concerns or changes.
• Work with the clinical team to align care plans with client requirements.
• Assist in resolving complaints, incidents and problems and guide caregivers as needed.
• Maintain logs for new, resumed, discharged, and denied cases ensuring department compliance.
• Run daily and weekly reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
