Job summary

Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented staff scheduler for the Nursing Department in Chicago. The role coordinates clinical staffing, maintains employee records, and supports payroll and clerical functions for the director.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong preference for candidates with clinical staffing and healthcare scheduling background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical staff scheduling for Nursing.
• Provide clerical support to the Director of Nursing.
• Prepare and distribute staffing schedules and manage employee records.
• Process payroll duties and track performance evaluations.
• Maintain keys and manuals, coordinate outside consultations, support House Physicians.
• Manage office and supply areas; full-time day shift on-site.
