Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. The role supports daily scheduling, conflicts resolution, and real-time updates in the scheduling system. Hours are 3:00pm–11:30pm with 40 hrs every 2 weeks and two weekend shifts within six weeks.

Per diem status. Requires a High School Diploma and at least one year of automated scheduling experience; healthcare staffing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of scheduling experience in an automated call-center environment.
• Previous healthcare staffing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and change daily schedules; maintain complete schedules and resolve staffing challenges.
• Track and update employee demographics, skills, certifications, and licensure information.
• Enter schedule changes, swaps, leave requests and other changes affecting availability.
• Respond to scheduling questions from units and staff; escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to hospital standards, policies and procedures.
