Job summary

Apploi is hiring a Staff Coordinator/Scheduler in a faith-based healthcare setting. You will develop and manage staffing schedules for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Med Techs, aiming to minimize overtime and ensure accurate timekeeping.

You will ensure compliance with state regulations and assist with onboarding and orientation scheduling. Ideal candidates bring healthcare scheduling experience and proficiency with scheduling software and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care)
• Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs)
• Manage the reduction of overtime, and ensure timekeeping accuracy
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts
• Respond promptly to call-outs and find appropriate coverage to avoid staffing gaps
• Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts
