• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage across units.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and adjust as staffing needs change.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff and leadership.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps to improve staffing efficiency.
