Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia is seeking a Nursing Scheduler/HR Assistant to manage staff schedules and labor requirements at a 269-bed skilled facility. You will work with nursing management to review PTO, vacancies, and ensure payroll timelines are met.

Prior healthcare staffing experience is required. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring overtime, and assisting HR during hiring, background checks, and new hire orientation to support

Qualificações

• Experience in a staffing role for a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility.
• Prior healthcare staffing experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Nursing staff to meet the needs of the facility.
• Ensure labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met.
• Monitor overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Work closely with nursing management team to review paid time off requests and position vacancies.
• Review position vacancies and maintain knowledge of excel spreadsheets.
• Support HR director in the hiring process, such as conducting reference checks, completing background checks and managing pre-employment paperwork.
• Assist in planning and facilitating general new hire orientation sessions.
