Russell Tobin is seeking Healthcare Associates / Customer Service II to support a healthcare scheduling and patient services team in Tempe, AZ. You will handle inbound calls from patients, assist with medical appointment scheduling, process service requests, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service or contact center experience OR 1 year of patient-facing experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures and workflows.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.
