Pride Global is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to support a centralized patient scheduling and customer service team in Tempe, AZ. This fully onsite role handles calls from patients nationwide to schedule appointments and address healthcare requests.

The position starts with a 3-week training, 40 hours per week, with a flexible start between 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM. It is a 4-month assignment with possible extension.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of contact center experience OR 1 year of patient-facing experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible onsite availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our client, one of the top tech corporations, is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to support a centralized patient scheduling and customer service team in Tempe, AZ. Calls are from patients nationwide who need help scheduling appointments and processing healthcare-related requests.

Tempe, AZ | Fully Onsite

$20.22/hour

4 months, with possibility of extension or permanent conversion

Training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30PM

Schedule: You can choose an 8-hour start between 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday-Sunday, based on business needs and availability = 40 hours per week!
