Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in healthcare/medical device industry.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated drive, coachability, learning agility, professionalism, and comfort in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support EAMs and RSDs in planning and executing sales activities, events, and trainings.
• Provide trained clinical support and progress to independent execution.
• Serve as a customer point of contact; coordinate follow‑up and resolve inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Manage order entry, tracking, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Conduct cold outreach and build a documented personal pipeline.
• Perform market research and share customer insights with sales and product teams.
• Stay current on product and wound-care developments to inform field activity.
• Deploy nationally as a flexible resource for territory coverage and launches.
