Job summary

Always Best Care of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Home Care Sales Representative to own referral growth across the Pasco County territory. This field-based role operates in hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, and rehab centers, turning relationships into referrals for a licensed home care agency.

Base salary ranges from $56,000 to $60,000 with performance bonuses tied to referral growth and client starts. The position covers Wesley Chapel, FL and is full-time and field-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, referral development, or B2B relationship building.
• Confidence with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and follow-up that doesn't fade after the first visit.
• Strong verbal communication and a professional in-person presence.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a weekly schedule of in-person referral visits across Pasco County.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs, ALFs, physician offices, rehab centers, home health agencies, and community partners.
• Get past gatekeepers with professionalism and persistence.
• Keep a clean pipeline with timely notes, next steps, and follow-ups.
• Run a follow-up cadence that turns introductions into referral activity.
• Coordinate with leadership so referral handoffs are fast and professional.
• Represent the agency at community events and partner presentations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity, pipeline movement, wins, barriers, and what you need to keep moving.

HOME CARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Always Best Care of Wesley Chapel is hiring a Home Care Sales Representative to own referral growth across our licensed Pasco County territory. This is a field sales role, not a marketing role. You'll spend your days in hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, and rehab centers, turning relationships into referrals for a fully licensed, operating home care agency.

If you close deals with your persistence and your follow-through, not just your charm, this is your territory to build.

Pay: $56,000 to $60,000 base salary plus performance bonus tied to referral growth and client starts
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL, covering Pasco County
Schedule: Full time, field based

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and run a weekly schedule of in-person referral visits across our Pasco County territory

MUST HAVE

• Experience in healthcare sales, referral development, or B2B relationship building
• Confidence with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and follow-up that doesn't fade after the first visit

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior care, or a related healthcare setting
• Experience using a CRM or similar tracking system (WelcomeHome)
• Existingg relationships in the Pasco County healthcare and senior care market
• Experience building a territory or referral pipeline from zero
• Comfort speaking to small groups or representing an organization at events
