Pathways Healthcare is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development in Stoneham, MA, and surrounding areas. You will supervise a team of marketing representatives, forge referral partnerships, and drive territory expansion while aligning marketing with clinical operations.

The role requires a proven sales leadership background, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the region. Full-time, Monday–Friday in Stoneham, MA, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven ability to expand territories and develop referral relationships.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
• Experience in healthcare sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of marketing representatives.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct field visits.
• Grow the geographic territory by targeting high-potential accounts.
• Build and maintain referral networks with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, and intake teams.
