Job summary

Quad Recruitment, a rapidly growing national home infusion provider, seeks a Specialty Infusion Manager (Acute Sales) to drive referral growth in the Oklahoma City territory and expand market share. You will build and nurture relationships with hospitals, physician offices, discharge planners, and care-transition teams to deliver high-quality home infusion solutions.

This is ideal for a proven sales professional familiar with acute care referrals, payer processes, and independent territory

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in home infusion.
• Experience calling on hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physician offices, or care-transition teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
• Generate acute care patient referrals for home infusion services.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and account reviews with referral partners.
• Execute territory growth strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, call reports, and territory planning.
