Relias is seeking a Product Manager in Morrisville, NC to lead a cross-functional team of Product, UX, Engineering, and Data Science. You will solve business problems and drive our product strategy, delivering value for healthcare clients.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, and guide roadmaps, collaborating with clients to incorporate feedback while advancing to-market plans in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of product management in SaaS and/or healthcare industry.
• Experience engaging engineers, designers and leaders to deliver solutions.
• Knowledge of agile development, UX, and customer discovery.
• Ability to plan go-to-market for new products.
• Understanding of internal business requirements (sales, marketing, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional team to solve business problems and deliver product strategy.
• Drive the discovery process to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Analyze data to extract insights and inform product decisions.
• Plan milestones with Scrum teams and align stakeholders.
• Provide market context to development teams and manage backlog.
• Engage with clients to obtain feedback and implement it.
