• 7+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, Program Management, or related customer-facing function

• Own end-to-end implementation from post-sale to go-live and ensure long-term success
• Oversee implementations for live customers expanding products or acquisitions
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, tooling, metrics, and operating rhythms
