Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, LLC is seeking a Risk Management support professional to act as liaison between patients and the hospital, handling questions, concerns and complaints while assisting with implementing risk management plans. Responsibilities include reviewing data and helping develop strategies to reduce liability.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in acute care, with a CPHRM/CPRM preference.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Two years acute care or relevant experience required.
• License/Certification: Certified Professional in healthcare Risk Management (CPRM) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Other: Must have working knowledge of healthcare industry.
• Note: Strong customer service skills and ability to work with physicians/senior leadership.

• Act as liaison between patients/families and the hospital.
• Receive, investigate and respond to patient questions, concerns or complaints.
• Assist with implementation of the Risk Management plan.
• Review and analyze risk management data and assist with plans to reduce risk and liability.
