The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Risk Management Liaison to improve patient relations and risk controls across its network. You will investigate patient concerns, implement parts of the Risk Management plan, and analyze data to support reduction of risk and liability.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years in acute care, and CPHRM experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years acute care or relevant experience required.
• Certified Professional in healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a liaison between patients and the hospital and their families.
• Receive, investigate and respond to patient questions, concerns or complaints.
• Assist with the Risk Management plan implementation.
• Review and analyze risk management data and help Directors develop plans to reduce risk and liability.
