Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree preferred.
• Two years acute care or relevant experience required.
• Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between patients/families and the hospital.
• Receives, investigates, and responds to patient questions, concerns or complaints.
• Assists with implementing the Risk Management plan.
• Reviews risk data and helps develop plans to reduce risk and liability.
