The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of clinical or risk management experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and knowledge of Joint Commission standards and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
• 1–3 years’ clinical experience or Risk Management experience required; acute care experience preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital’s Patient Safety-Risk Management Program under the Director of Risk Management.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance patient safety, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.
