• Advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI for process improvements
• Combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Monitors staff account level work outcomes to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Monitors workflow and action planning for successful KPI measures
• Serves as subject matter expert for department policies, hospital policies, and government benefit programs
• Assists Manager with staff time & attendance compliance
• Develops relationships with Medicaid caseworker partners
• Collaborates with Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling, and physician offices
