Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an experienced leader to oversee on-site Patient Access operations across hospital markets. You will guide admitting and registration teams, build cross-functional relationships, and drive a high-performance, compliant revenue cycle function.

The role requires 3+ years in Patient Access leadership, experience in healthcare finance operations, and a proven track record with AI-enabled process improvements. Travel weekly to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Patient Access experience; preferably within a hospital.
• Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment.
• Demonstrated use of AI to lean into process and technological improvements; exploration, experimentation, and application.

Responsibilities

• Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for on-site Patient Access staff within a specific hospital or market.
• Directs admitting and registration teams across all entry points.
• Establishes positive, collaborative relationships with operational leaders at sites or markets.
• Builds an effective team through coaching and performance management.
• Negotiates and recruits for cross-training and support with other department managers.
