Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare or business.
• Degree required: 2-year associate or 4-year bachelor’s.
• Ability to lead and coach staff; high analytical capability; knowledge of registration, scheduling, and hospital billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and pre-registration duties with staff.
• Provide training for staff and monitor productivity.
• Generate and review department performance reports on key metrics.
• Assign staff schedules, manage time off and on-call rotations.
• Oversee upfront collection process tracking and goals.
• Participate in staff evaluations and training.
• Develop department processes and conduct audits for performance.
• Serve as a resource for staff and other departments.
• Lead projects implementing process changes and AI-enabled improvements.
• Attend facility meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements.
