Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar revenue cycle role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CRCR certification to be obtained within 9 months of hire (company paid).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess and examine client revenue cycle processes in physician practices from front end to submission and reconciliation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Create educational content from analyses and train practice staff.
• Lead teams and meetings professionally while building strong relationships.
