Job summary

Qualifications

• Coding credentials (CCS, CPC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCA) desired.
• CRCR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding and charge master operations.
• Mentor staff, coach, and drive a high-performing culture.
• Monitor DNFB and workflow queues to meet facility goals.
• Assist in onboarding and conducting annual staff evaluations.
