Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Director of Healthcare Research and Data Analytics in Tulsa to lead thought leadership on healthcare industry dynamics, synthesize trends, and inform sales strategies and credit risk using public and internal data.

In coordination with sales and credit teams, you will aggregate insights, manage external partnerships, and drive data-driven decision making to grow our healthcare banking footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of knowledge management experience with a Healthcare specialization.
• Advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize public and proprietary data into cohesive trends for internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of aggregation and synthesis for healthcare industry trends.
• Lead development of a healthcare data analytics strategy leveraging CMS data and INC platform.
• Co-develop external marketing strategy to establish BOK Financial as a healthcare thought leader.
• Expand client portfolio through data analytics and thought leadership.
