You will guide teams across modern data ecosystems and define engineering standards to ensure scalable, reliable, and enterprise-grade data solutions that support risk management and client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 15+ years in enterprise data engineering.
• Experience leading teams on large-scale data initiatives.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms like Snowflake/Databricks.
• Strong governance, CI/CD, observability, security, and cost management.
• Proven ability to develop engineering organizations and mentor leaders.
