Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation's Consumer Data & Analytics team is seeking a Manager, Consumer Data Analytics in Tulsa. You will lead a growing team of analysts, shape analytics priorities, and build centralized functions that partner with Consumer Banking and enterprise stakeholders to deliver high-value insights.

You will develop talent, drive process improvements, review outputs for accuracy, and collaborate with data, BI, and technology partners to strengthen reporting and expand analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field with 6–8+ years of analytics leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering analytical solutions.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with process improvement and automation in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts across Consumer Banking initiatives.
• Manage workflow intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Review reports and dashboards for accuracy and quality.
• Partner with Consumer Banking leaders to translate challenges into analytics.
• Coordinate priorities across analytical disciplines.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data, BI, and tech partners to enhance reporting.
• Apply analytical expertise to review logic and strengthen reporting quality.
• Remove roadblocks and drive accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
