Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years knowledge management experience in Healthcare or equivalent.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Expertise in healthcare industry trends, legislation, and economic shifts.
• Ability to synthesize public news into cohesive trends for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and convey the bank’s healthcare trends for marketing and sales.
• Develop healthcare data analytics strategy using CMS data and INC platform.
• Co-develop external marketing to establish BOK Financial as a healthcare thought leader.
• Contribute to expanding client portfolio through data analytics and insights.
