Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a dedicated relationship manager to engage referral sources, physicians, hospitals and health systems to grow post-acute referrals and improve patient outcomes.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, healthcare sales or business development experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. In-office presence is preferred to support collaboration and quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare-related field.
• Two years healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health operations.
• Valid state driver license and auto liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• In-office attendance is essential to achieve Enhabit objectives.
