• Associate degree with 4 years HR recruitment.
• High School Diploma with 10 years HR recruitment experience.
• Recent healthcare experience in recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs recruitment for all WVUH WVU Medicine areas in compliance with organizational values and regulations.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term recruitment plans to ensure staff availability.
• Reviews applications and resumes; uses assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Proactively sources candidates using diverse channels to build a quality applicant pool.
• Conducts candidate screens and behavioral interviews.
