Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Associate’s + 2 years construction experience or High School diploma + 4 years construction experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PDC Tradesmen and start prompt corrective action on deficiencies.
• Ensure repairs are cost effective and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with management to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain safe, secure work environment and provide performance feedback.
