• 1+ recruiting/human resources experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and retirements.
• Develop strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels and openings dates.
• Assesses candidates using behavioral interviews, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
