Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting or staffing.
• HIPAA certificate required.
• Understanding of healthcare job roles, credentialing requirements, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active pipeline and database of prospective candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and participate in background verification processes.
• Stay informed about healthcare hiring trends and best practices.
• Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend recruitment-related events.
