Job summary

BrightStar Care of Boise is seeking a Recruiter to expand the talent pipeline and support onboarding, training, and retention for the field staff team in Boise, ID.

You will generate leads, screen and interview applicants, use applicant tracking systems, and coordinate with HR on retention programs. This full-time, in-person role offers USD 45,000–50,000 per year, weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Transportation available to meet job needs.
• Valid state-required proof of auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and recruit dependable, experienced individuals for the field staff team at BrightStar Care of Boise.
• Develop, implement, and run active recruiting strategies to attract qualified field staff.
• Screen and interview applicants.
• Use applicant tracking systems and other online tools to source and attract top talent.
• Conduct employee orientations to support proper onboarding for new hires.
• Complete required follow-up steps during the onboarding process.
• Execute required training programs and support ongoing employee development, cross-training, and career growth.
• Build and maintain strong, positive employee relationships.
• Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention programs.
